Operating excavators and skid steers (not just watching someone else do it) Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries Working directly under a Site Manager— leading and motivating your crew Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional Building projects you'll actually want to show your friends ✅What We Need From You:
3+ years landscape construction experience (you know the difference between a compactor and a jackhammer) Heavy equipment skills— excavators, skid steers, etc. Valid driver's license + reliable transportation The grit to work outdoors year-round (yes, even in Seattle winters) Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude Bilingual?
