Demolition Full Job Description About Us:
Boulder Peak Restoration is a local restoration company helping homeowners recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage. Our work includes demolition, cleanup, drying, and reconstruction. We are a growing company looking for a reliable, hands-on person who wants to learn and grow with us.
What We're Looking For:
The most important thing is reliability . We need someone who shows up, works hard, takes responsibility, and can be counted on.
You should:
Have experience with interior demolition, remodeling, construction, or similar hands-on work Know how to safely use basic hand and power tools Be comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy equipment Have a valid driver's license Be comfortable working inside customers' homes Be able to communicate respectfully with customers and coworkers Be willing to learn new skills Restoration experience is a plus, but not required. If you have worked as a construction laborer, demolition worker, remodeler, handyman, or general laborer , this position may be a good fit. The job : This is a hands-on field position. You will work at residential properties and help prepare, clean, demolish, and restore damaged areas.
Your day may include:
Driving to customer homes and job sites Setting up work areas and plastic containment Removing drywall, flooring, cabinets, and other damaged materials Using hand and power tools Moving equipment and materials Setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and other drying equipment Cleaning and preparing job sites Helping with water damage cleanup and restoration Taking photos and communicating basic information to customers Working with the rest of the team to get the job done You do not need previous restoration or water mitigation experience. We will teach you. Skills and Qualifications Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and readiness for hands-on field work. Flexible part-time role, but with 24/7 availability required for emergency response Ability to work in challenging conditions and lift heavy equipment Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Prior experience in water and fire mitigation or related IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, etc.) is plus but not required.
