General Laborer

Job description: Pinnacle International is one of leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels, and commercial developments. Pinnacle has been involved in development, design, construction and management for over three decades. Our portfolio includes landmark locations in Vancouver, Toronto, and San Diego. We are looking for a motivated team player to join our team as General Labour in Bellevue. Duties and Responsibilities Shipping and cutting concrete General clean-up of the site; sweeping, shoveling, removing concrete and properly disposing of debris and waste materials and overall site maintenance Loading & unloading building materials and equipment as needed Preparing the site to eliminate potential hazards Provide daily labor support as directed by the on-site team Assisting in erecting and dismantling temporary structures as needed Lifting, carrying, and moving materials up to 50 lbs Use hand and power tools to perform various tasks Assist Foreman and Carpenters in daily activities Work individually with minimal supervision Qualifications & Knowledge Completion of the 12th grade or equivalent, supplemented by technical courses related to the work, plus completion of a recognized apprenticeship in the trade Solid understanding of construction processes and being able to complete assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision Experience in construction site will be considered as an asset Ability to communicate effectively, work individually, in a team and follow instructions Strong site safety awareness Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and adaptable Strong work ethic Must have Traffic Control Technician (TCT) certificate No criminal history Must have reliable source of transportation We provide a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate.
