In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of construction plans. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in industrial construction environments while contributing to impactful building projects. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including erosion control measures and safety barriers to protect the environment and workers Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to support project execution Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely Operate power tools and basic equipment for cutting, drilling, and assembly tasks while adhering to safety regulations Support equipment repair and maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency on-site Follow all workplace safety protocols, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection procedures, and climbing safety measures Implement erosion control techniques to prevent soil erosion and environmental impact during construction activities Skills We are a start-to-finish general construction company , with a strong focus on completing as much of the work in-house as possible. Our projects range from smaller remodels to larger renovations, and our team handles many aspects of the construction process, including: Demolition Framing Drywall Tile Flooring Window and door installation Interior and exterior trim Cabinet installation General finish work The ideal candidate is someone with strong remodeling experience or willing to learn who can confidently manage their own work, solve problems on the job, maintain high-quality workmanship, and eventually take responsibility for leading projects from start to finish. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, communicates well, and wants the opportunity to grow with a construction company.
Pay:
$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
