What you might do as a Construction Laborer Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to maintain a safe, efficient workspace Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the job site as directed Operate hand and power tools for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening materials Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials with accuracy for various phases of the project Support skilled tradespeople in completing tasks related to new construction, remodeling, or maintenance What we are looking for: Experience on construction sites or a willingness to learn basic construction practices Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow safety guidelines Knowledge of or familiarity with using hand and power tools Ability to accurately measure and cut materials as needed Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods Benefits include sick leave accrued at 1 hour per 40 hours worked; paid Family & Medical leave (per Washington State); 401K after eligibility; holiday pay and vacation bonus after eligibility; and opt-in for health insurance, personal Aflac and life insurance plans available.
