Apprentice Carpenters:

$20-23 If you have some prior experience or have completed your Crew Assistant training, then you're ready to become an Apprentice. As soon as your training is finished, we'll get you into a leader position on a 2-person crew with a considerable hourly pay increase based upon performance. Whether you're brand new to construction or a seasoned carpenter, we're seeking motivated, hard-working individuals to join the Rick's Custom Fencing & Decking team. Starting wages depend on experience, quarterly reviews are done to make sure you never earn less than your potential, and available positions in the company are always open and prioritized for current employees!

Job Duties:

Assisting with demolition and disposal of existing fences, decks and covers. Hands-on assistance in building of residential exterior projects like fences, decks, and covers Delivering product and supplies to job sites. Helping yard staff with daily tasks and clean up of lumber yard.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Is Well-organized Effectively manages time and priorities Has a strong attention to detail and pride in their work Has good written and verbal communication skills Has an aptitude for problem-solving Has 1-3 years of construction experience Can lift up to 60 lbs.
