Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team at
PRO MADE HOMES.
In this role, you will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and tools as needed. Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects. Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on-site. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
