• Paid Time Off Concrete Laborer position typically involves helping move grout hose around the pour, breaking bags (80 lbs) of material, setup in the morning, problem solving, setting up/breaking down equipment each day, pouring product on the floor and general help as directed by the job Lead.

The work is both outside and inside the buildings and we work year-round at approximately 40-50 hours per week. There is a great opportunity for growth, typically on the job training to advance into other positions such as finishing or operating equipment starts within 1-2 months.

Starting wage:

$20 + depending on experience in the industry & pay increases with on the job training.
