Job Description
Our Landscape Construction and Maintenance crew members operate various types of power equipment as well use various hand tools. Applicants must be physically strong with the stamina to shovel, dig, lift, move and place landscape materials of all sorts. Landscape experience is a plus. A valid drivers license and a good driving record are required. Punctuality and reliable transportation are required for employment with MacKay Landscape Services LLC. It is also a requirement that we be able to reach you by phone (no messages numbers) throughout employment with us. Ability and willingness to take instruction and work as a team member is expected of all our employees. Pay starts at $27.00 per hour. Some of our construction jobs are Prevailing Wage and pay up to $40.00+ per hour. Most of our work is in King County, but could also include jobs sites from Sumner to Mukilteo to Bellingham and all points between. We do residential as well as commercial work. MacKay Landscape Services LLC is a small, well established company. We have been in business since 1997. Our work days are Monday through Friday (employees may occasionally be asked to work Saturdays) starting at 7:30 am at our shop in Monroe. Employees must have their own gloves, boots and rain gear.
