General Laborer Job Description Work in a modern, high-tech production facility Set up molds and assemble rebar cages Pour and finish concrete Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices Operate mobile equipment and cranes Follow safety rules and maintain a safe workspace Work around suspended loads, high-tension strands, and elevated platforms Help with special projects as needed Responsibilities Set up molds and assemble rebar cages. Pour and finish concrete while maintaining safety standards. Operate hand and power tools, measuring devices, mobile equipment, and cranes. Work around suspended loads and high-tension strands. Access scaffolding and other elevated work platforms. Perform general laborer duties and participate in special projects. Essential Skills 2+ years of general labor or construction experience. Concrete experience is a plus. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in carpentry and rigging. Ability to work with hand tools and mobile equipment. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.19 - $25.05/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
