Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Carpenter to join our team, focusing on residential construction, renovation, and remodeling projects. The successful candidate will work closely our team, utilizing both hand and power tools to deliver high-quality craftsmanship during standard daytime hours. Responsibilities Perform activities related to interior remodels, deck repair or installation, siding installation and other home projects. Collaborate with a small team to complete renovation and remodeling projects Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Follow project plans and blueprints to meet design specifications Maintain clean and safe work environments Communicate progress and challenges to team members and supervisors Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Pass a background check after conditional offer of employment. Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in carpentry High school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with carpentry tools Knowledge of construction safety practices Physical stamina to handle manual labor Strong attention to detail Effective problem-solving skills Ability to work well within a team
