JOB PURPOSE

To facilitate the purchasing and receiving of product to help keep QBRC continually operational

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assists in planning, organizing, and directing the ordering of goods and services for the property. Assists within inventory management and related functions associated with dry goods and office supplies. Assists with various inventory cycles, price checks, and closing procedures of inventory cycles. Ensures that the property receives the best value for its purchases, that there are consistent and adequate availability of goods and services, and maintain standards that are compliant with regulatory and internal requirements. Data Entry is required and will vary depending on the need of the job and task at the time. Responsible for ordering, receiving, and distribution of goods received on property. Match packing slips, bill of materials, and/or invoices; against delivered product, while checking for accuracy, quality, quantity, and catch weights as necessary Match packing slips, bill of materials, and/or invoices; against purchase orders and process as directed. Process transfer of goods requests for the various QBRC departments Ensure Purchasing office and storage areas are secure at all times Maintain a clean, clear, un-cluttered, and organized work station and storage areas. Rotate, date check, and face all items in the storage areas Maintain an accurate and up-to-date delivery log, including outgoing packages. Effectively manage time. Meet deadlines and multiple priorities of QBRC business demands as required Meet or exceed productivity standards Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, and service orientated manner. Professionally deal with difficult situations and/or people. Comply at all times with QBRCs standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient resort operations Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the Casino operations at all times and in all activities. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external customers of the Quinault Beach Resort and Casino operations. Develop solutions for customer concerns and continual focus on customer service as our top priority. Adhere to all QBRC Personnel Policies and Procedures and Title 97 Policy. Required:

At least 1 Year or more in the Purchasing and/or Receiving field (related fields will be reviewed) At least 1 Year or more of Data Entry Experience Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite; Mainly Excel & Word Excellent verbal and written communications skills Good organizational and time management skills Read, write, and speak English fluently Solid negotiation skills Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees Be able to develop and maintain business relationships with vendors Be able to work morning and late shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Be able to work extended flexible hours, standing, walking, bending, reaching, extreme cold in freezer and refrigerators (longer times when doing inventories) High School Diploma or equivalent

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

Class III Washington State Quinault Indian Nation Tribal Gaming License
