HIGH ENERGY

junior carpenters and laborers who enjoy physical work to uphold safety standards, keep sites clean, perform demo to plans, and learn and develop carpentry skills. Prior construction experience is preferred but attitude and motivation are key. MUST have a clean driving record and experience driving a dump truck or similar sized vehicle. Most of the job will consist of careful demo, trash removal, site clean up, and dump runs. Rhino Construction is an inclusive team with a wide range of carpentry experience from a few years to 30+ years, all working side-by-side helping each other learn and grow. We have plenty of opportunities for advancement and learning carpentry skills. Our team likes to keep the craft serious but the environment light and fun. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(include but not limited to) Bring a positive, upbeat attitude. Maintain clean, organized, and safe working areas throughout the day. Work with carpenters and leads to create material lists, order/pick up materials and ensure they are accurate and of good quality, and deliver to job sites. Work with project manager to pick up fixtures and finishes, ensure they are accurate, and deliver to correct job sites. Be organized and ready to work on time. Accurate reporting of work hours using app to track by job and task. Great communication skills and willing to ask questions when unsure of instructions. Professional and positive attitude and appearance. Desire to learn and develop carpentry skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Clean driving record and background check Ability to drive 17 yard dump truck 1+ years experience as carpenter or other physically demanding job. On time and ready to work Professional dress and demeanor Must have a valid WA state driver's license and a reliable vehicle appropriate for construction. Must be able to pass a criminal background check
