Houseworks Construction Company is hiring for our Laborer position.
About Houseworks:
We are a start to finish high end residential remodeling contractor. We do residential only, with single family homes being the majority of our work. We've been in business for over 30 years and have given many families their dream space. Our job scope ranges from bathroom remodels to second story additions and everything in-between.
Job details:
Our laborer position includes various tasks on job sites such as site prep, demolition, clean-up, picking up materials and delivering it to jobsites, hauling debris to dumps. Assisting carpenters with installations, framing, cabinets, minor concrete work, and other tasks that may be needed. This position also includes managing our company storage and tools, driving and maintaining a company vehicle. This job is ideal for someone who is organized, has excellent time management skills, great communication, and is able to take direction. Having your own tools is a plus.
Job Requirements :
This position requires physical tasks such as lifting up to 75lbs, working above your head, working low to the ground, using stairs, climbing ladders, twisting, bending, squatting, crawling, driving, using high and low impact power tools, lifting, carrying, and working indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions. Candidate must be over 18 and must pass background check and driving record check. Must be able to commute to Maltby with ease.
Working Hours:
Full time (40 hours) Monday-Friday, year-round, starting at 8:00 am every day.
Commute:
Starting and ending daily at our office in Maltby, you would be driving the company truck to jobsites. Jobsite locations ranging from Edmonds, Kenmore, Woodinville, Bellevue, Issaquah, and Seattle / West Seattle.
