Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
Assessing patient health status and developing individualized care plans Implementing and documenting nursing interventions for optimal patient care Ensuring patient safety by monitoring, positioning, and maintaining a sterile environment Coordinating support services and communicating with patients and healthcare teams Administering medications and providing emergency life support as needed Educating patients and families to promote health and safety Participating in ongoing education to enhance nursing skills Qualifications and skills required: Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Washington Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS within 3 months of hirePreferred:
Membership in SGNA, 2+ years' experience in endoscopy, ICU, or ED, and demonstrated advanced nursing skills Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $52.00 per hour, with benefits including a comprehensive package, incentive programs, and retirement options.
