Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Construction Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for leading landscape construction projects, supervising crew members, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience in landscape construction, hardscape installation, irrigation systems, and team leadership. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on job sites. Install hardscape features, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Assist with landscape installation, planting, grading, sod, mulch, and general site preparation. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems. Perform landscape maintenance tasks as needed, including pruning, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Operate landscaping equipment, power tools, and company vehicles safely. Read and follow project plans and specifications. Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and project managers. Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Qualifications MUST have at least 2 years experience in landscape construction, and or landscape maintenance. Knowledge of hardscape installation and irrigation systems. Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Valid driver's license required. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
