The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with excavation, grading, footings, foundations, and utility installation and is willing to jump in wherever needed. Qualifications & Skills Able to shoot grade and read a grade stick in 10ths Experience with plate compactors, jumping jacks, and other compaction equipment Basic knowledge of excavation and backfill practices Experience with footing and foundation digs and backfills Experience installing sewer and water services Able to follow direction and work safely and efficiently Willing to do whatever needs to be done to get the job completed Experience operating a skid steer, loader, water truck, or other equipment is a plus Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team Construction/excavation experience required. Equipment operating experience is a strong plus.

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 45.0 per week
