What You'll Do As a Precast Production Technician, you'll be involved in the end‑to‑end manufacturing of concrete products including structural slabs, beams, stairs, vaults, tanks, and specialty components. This is an active shop‑floor role where every day brings tangible results. Core Duties Build, assemble, and prepare steel molds and forms for concrete production Inspect, clean, and ready forms to meet production and quality standards Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete using appropriate tools Access and work inside narrow forms (5-6 ft) multiple times per shift Strip cured concrete from forms and assist with safe product handling Operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment Follow daily production schedules and collaborate with crew members Keep work areas clean, organized, and safety‑focused Work within a team of 5-10 employees in a fast‑moving manufacturing environment Physical & Technical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs regularly Comfortable with bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and standing throughout the day Ability to accurately read a tape measure to 1/16" Confident using hand tools and basic power tools Previous exposure to construction, concrete, or industrial labor environments Ideal Background (Helpful but Not Required) Concrete finishing or form work Construction or precast manufacturing experience Blueprint or shop drawing familiarity Carpentry or metal form assembly Overhead crane experience Dependable, team‑oriented, and safety‑minded attitude Why Join Our Team? 100% employer‑paid health insurance 401(k) with 6% company match Consistent, year‑round work with a stable company history Clean, organized, and well‑maintained facility Positive, drama‑free culture where teamwork matters Holiday bonuses, employee appreciation, and recognition Clear four‑level advancement path Opportunities to move into maintenance, welding, or quality roles Who Thrives Here People who show up on time, work hard, support their crew, and want more than just a job—this is a place to build real skills and long‑term security . Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
