Job Description

$21-$28+ per hour | Full-Time | Outdoor Construction If you're looking for a job mowing lawns and pulling weeds, this isn't it. We're looking for people who want to build things . Our crews create complete outdoor living spaces from the ground up—paver patios, retaining walls, water features, irrigation, lighting, planting, concrete, fencing, and more. At the end of the day, you can actually stand back, look at what you built, and say, "Yeah, I did that." If you're dependable, like working with your hands, and would rather spend your day outside than staring at the same four walls, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Build patios, retaining walls, water features, irrigation systems, and other landscape construction projects Load, move, and install construction materials Use hand tools, power tools, and landscape construction equipment Assist with excavation, grading, concrete, planting, lighting, and hardscape installation Drive a truck and trailer when qualified Work alongside an experienced crew and learn new construction skills Keep jobsites organized, safe, and moving forward Take on more responsibility as your skills grow This is physical, hands-on construction work . You'll get dirty. Some days will be hot, some will be cold, and occasionally the Pacific Northwest will remind us that rain exists. That's part of the job. Who We're Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one. We care a lot about the person we're hiring.
You should:
Show up on time and be someone your crew can count on Be comfortable doing physical work throughout the day Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Be willing to learn and take direction Work well as part of a crew Have reliable transportation Be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather Be able to safely lift and move construction materials Landscape construction or relevent experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with pavers, retaining walls, irrigation, concrete, equipment, truck/trailer driving, or similar trades is a big plus.
Pay New to landscape construction:
$21-$25/hour We'll train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Experienced landscape construction laborers:
$25-$28+/hour Starting pay depends on your experience and the skills you can bring to the crew. There is room to earn more as you develop your skills and take on additional responsibility. What You Get Competitive hourly pay Bonuses and performance incentives Paid time off On-the-job training Opportunities to learn equipment and skilled landscape construction Opportunities to grow into greater responsibility and crew leadership The Kind of Person Who Does Well Here We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work. You don't need a fancy résumé. You don't need to pretend you know something you don't. You do need to show up, work hard, learn, communicate, and care about the quality of what you're building. If you've worked construction, landscaping, concrete, excavation, irrigation, hardscaping, fencing, or another hands-on trade, we'd especially like to hear from you. And if you don't have much experience yet but you're dependable, teachable, and ready to work, we'd still like to hear from you. Apply today and tell us a little about yourself and any construction, landscaping, equipment, or hands-on experience you have.
Pay:
