BUILD SOMETHING THAT LASTS
Solid Structures USA is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our growing pole building construction crews. We build high-quality shops, garages, barndominiums, agricultural buildings, and commercial structures throughout Eastern Washington, North Idaho, and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on construction position for someone who isn't afraid of hard work. We're looking for people who show up on time, work hard throughout the day, take direction, and take pride in what they build. Construction experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who has the work ethic and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Construct post-frame buildings from start to finish Set posts and install framing, trusses, purlins, girts, and metal panels Install roofing, siding, windows, walk doors, and trim Safely operate hand and power tools Read and follow construction plans and specifications Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work productively as part of a construction crew Follow direction from crew leads and supervisors Travel to project locations as needed Help with loading, unloading, and handling building materials Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard every day Dependable attendance and ability to consistently show up on time Construction, framing, roofing, carpentry, or post-frame experience strongly preferred Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently without constant supervision Willingness to learn and improve construction skills Ability to work outdoors year-round in changing weather conditions Ability to regularly lift and carry 50+ pounds Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday Safety-minded and able to properly use tools and equipment Able to work well with others and contribute to a productive crew environment Reliable transportation to work Valid driver's license preferred Must be willing to travel to job sites throughout our service area Benefits Paid holidays Paid vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan Christmas bonus Opportunities for advancement Ongoing training and skill development Why Work for Solid Structures?
