We're looking for a hardworking, dependable Construction Laborer who takes pride in their work and is ready to grow with us. In this role, you'll tackle a variety of hands-on tasks across active job sites — from operating heavy equipment to supporting the day-to-day progress of construction projects. The ideal candidate is in good physical condition, willing to travel throughout Washington State, and brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to safety. If you're reliable, team-oriented, and looking for a role with real opportunities for advancement, we'd love to hear from you. Duties Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Assist with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload construction materials and equipment. Follow instructions and willingness to learn from supervisors and project managers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Participate in the installation of structures, foundations, and other construction elements. Perform general labor tasks as required to support project objectives Assist in building and paving operations, ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications. Ability to drive yourself to a meeting point or job site along the I-5 corridor Preferred but not required Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and other equipment to support construction activities. CDL Road Striping experience Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including Caterpillar machinery is a plus.

Paid time off Application Question(s): Are you experienced in towing a dump trailer? Jobs can be around 2 hour commute from Tacoma. Can you reliably commute? From time to time work may be out of town and require overnight stays. Can you reliably commit to being out of town for up to a week at a time for multiple weeks? - REQUIREMENT!
