Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laborer/Painter to join our team. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding. Apply paint sprayers Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to accurately execute painting projects according to design requirements. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation. Follow safety protocols diligently by wearing respiratory protection and adhering to all safety regulations during surface preparation and application processes Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times. Experience Proven experience in construction environments Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately for precise application of coatings. Hands-on experience with various painting techniques including brush painting, roller painting, construction spray painting, industrial painting, and airless paint spraying. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project specifications.

Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
