In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks that keep construction projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your expertise will help ensure that each phase of the build is executed with precision, quality, and enthusiasm. Duties Perform general construction labor duties on commercial job sites. Follow supervisor's instructions. Prepare, clean, and maintain work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations. Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. Assist with demolition, site preparation, framing, drywall installation, and finish work. Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively. Maintain company equipment and ensure proper storage of tools and materials. Support project schedules by completing assigned tasks accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of construction labor experience, preferably in commercial construction. Basic working knowledge of multiple construction trades, including carpentry, concrete, framing, drywall, painting, and general site work. Ability to read tape measures and perform basic construction math. Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and job site safety practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred. Physical RequirementsPreferred Qualifications Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Ability to safely use ladders, scaffolding, and construction equipment. Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts Experience working on commercial construction projects. Qualifications Proven experience as a construction laborer or similar role in the construction industry Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Strong understanding of construction safety standards and practices Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills on-site Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment operation Reliable transportation to job sites and flexibility to work various shifts as needed High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in OSHA safety standards are a plus Join us in building something great!
