We specialize in flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, siding, decks, home renovations, and general carpentry. We're looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who takes pride in producing quality work and wants to grow with our company. We're looking for someone who wants to get in at the start and grow with us. We're a small family owned business that is slowly but surely growing and thriving. Responsibilities Install LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring Perform framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels Build decks, patio covers, and other exterior projects Complete demolition and job site preparation Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers Qualifications 2+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience preferred Experience with flooring installation and finish carpentry is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Own basic hand tools Positive attitude, dependable, and willing to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Company vehicles and professional-grade tools provided Variety of projects—no two days are the same A small team where quality workmanship is valued over rushing jobs Pay $30-$35 per hour , depending on experience and skill level.
