SCI Industrial Inc. is looking for dependable and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. Construction Laborers assist with a variety of commercial, industrial, civil, and concrete construction projects. The ideal candidate is willing to work outdoors, follow directions, work safely as part of a crew, and learn new construction skills. Previous construction experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL.

Responsibilities Assist with general construction and jobsite activities Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, carrying, loading, and moving materials Assist carpenters, operators, concrete crews, and other skilled trades Set up and tear down jobsites Assist with concrete placement, forming, finishing, demolition, and cleanup Operate hand tools and power tools safely Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation Load, unload, and organize construction materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow plans, specifications, and directions from supervisors Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements Work safely around heavy equipment and construction machinery Perform other duties as assigned Requirements This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working outdoors. Employees must be able to safely perform physical construction tasks.

Pay:

$20.00 - $40.00 per hour
