Job Description
The Hydro Vac Operator/Laborer is responsible for operating hydro vac equipment to safely excavate and expose underground utilities in support of fiber optic construction projects. This position assists OSP crews by performing daylighting, potholing, debris removal, and general labor duties. This role has the opportunity to report directly to the job site near Beaver Dam, or report directly to our yard in Glendale, WI. Qualifications Prior vacuum truck or hydro vac truck experience is preferred Working knowledge of hand and various power tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Some out of town travel and occasional night work may be required Valid CDL (including air brake with tanker endorsement) is required, along with a DOT medical card. Class A CDL preferred Must maintain a good driver's record and be insurable
