Beaver Dam, WI Schedule:
Full-Time Pay Rate:
$14 - $18 per hour

Permanent Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Plumbing Helper to support our experienced plumbers on service and remodel projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the skilled trades, with a clear path toward apprenticeship and professional growth. Responsibilities Assist lead plumbers with installations (water heaters, fixtures, piping) Prepare job sites and ensure materials/tools are ready for daily tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of work trucks and equipment Follow safety protocols and company procedures Support general labor tasks on residential and light commercial projects Gradually take on more independent responsibilities as skills develop
Requirements Must Have:
Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, carrying, working in tight spaces) Positive attitude and willingness to learn Must be at least 18 years old Willingness to undergo a background check Ability to work overtime as needed Reliable transportation to job location Availability to start within 2 weeks Nice to
