Job Description
Entry-Level Manufactured Home Installation Laborer Wisconsin | Full-Time/Part-Time | $18.25/hour About the Position We are a turn-key manufactured home installation company providing a wide range of services involved in setting, installing, and completing manufactured homes. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Laborer to join our team. Previous construction or manufactured home experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person . This is a hands-on position where every day can bring a different project, task, or location. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, learning new skills, and working as part of a team, this could be a great fit. This is a traveling position with overnight stays required when projects are located outside the local area. Work will take place throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Job Duties Depending on the project, responsibilities may include: Demolition and removal Job site preparation Concrete work Moving and setting manufactured homes Roofing Siding installation Interior trim and finish work Occasional plumbing and electrical work Equipment and vehicle maintenance General construction and job-site labor Maintaining a clean and safe work area What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Basic English communication skills Basic construction/job-site knowledge Basic understanding and proper use of common hand and power tools Ability to work comfortably at heights and in tight spaces Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Dependable attitude and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and take direction Ability and willingness to travel for work and stay overnight when needed Construction, roofing, plumbing, electrical, concrete, or manufactured home experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
