Description:

Entry-Level Construction Laborer Seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Construction Laborer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning hands-on skills, and contributing to construction projects from start to finish. No prior construction experience is required; training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision. Assist with demolition, framing, and general carpentry activities. Prepare and stage materials for installation. Follow project plans, directions, and safety procedures. Help install, repair, and maintain building components as needed. Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
