Landscaping Team Leader Full-Time | Outdoor / Field Work About the Role We are looking for driven, reliable, and coachable individuals to join our growing landscaping team as Team Leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a crew, managing daily job site operations, and delivering top-quality results for our clients. What We're Looking For We are seeking Team Leaders who: ✔ Have a Clean Driving Record ✔ Have a Strong Work Ethic ✔ Are Coachable & Willing to Learn ✔ Have Good Time Management Skills Preferred Experience While not required, candidates with the following experience will be given strong consideration: Lawn Care & General Landscaping Driving Truck & Trailer (experience operating and backing a trailer is a plus) Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a landscaping crew on daily job sites Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Operate and transport equipment using truck and trailer Communicate effectively with management and clients Maintain and care for landscaping tools and equipment Manage job site schedules and ensure timely completion of work Why Join Our Team?
