Restoration Technicians and Laborers ASAP Job Description:

We are hiring Skilled Laborers to join a fast‑growing team with immediate openings and guaranteed overtime . This is a hands‑on role supporting a variety of construction, manufacturing, and industrial projects. If you're reliable, safety‑minded, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daily jobsite operations including material handling, equipment operation, site prep, and general labor tasks. Support skilled trades teams (carpenters, electricians, welders, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) with project setup, installation, teardown, and cleanup. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. Load, unload, and stage materials, ensuring work areas remain clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and instructions from foremen and supervisors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on your feet, and handle physical tasks in various conditions. Reliable transportation and strong work ethic. Willingness to work overtime , weekends, and extended shifts when needed. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team.
