Residential Cleaning Specialist (Independent Contractor) Maid You Look Cleaning Co. is a high-end residential cleaning company based in the La Crosse area, specializing in detailed, luxury-level home care. We are known for our professionalism, consistency, and attention to detail and we are growing. We are currently hiring Residential Cleaning Specialists who take pride in their work, enjoy creating beautiful spaces, and want to be part of a structured, supportive, and high-performing team. Position Overview As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering detailed, top-to-bottom cleanings in clients' homes. This is not just surface-level cleaning this is precision-based, checklist-driven work that requires efficiency, consistency, and a strong eye for detail. You will work independently and occasionally as part of a team, following Maid You Look's established systems and quality standards. What You'll Be Doing Perform deep cleanings, general cleanings, and recurring maintenance cleanings Follow detailed room-by-room cleaning checklists (kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, etc.) Clean from top to bottom with strong attention to detail Use company-approved products and techniques (including natural cleaning methods) Maintain a high standard of presentation and professionalism in clients' homes Complete a final walkthrough before leaving each job Document notes, issues, or damages in our system (ZenMaid) Communicate with the team or management when needed What We're Looking For We are not just hiring cleaners we are hiring reliable professionals .
