Construction Labor - About the Role We're looking for a reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting site operations, assisting skilled trades, and helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other trades as needed Load and unload materials and tools Operate hand and power tools safely Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean and organized job site Requirements Previous construction experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Ixonia, WI.
