Lake Geneva Pier Comapny, WI is seeking to hire full time Dock and Lift Installer to work with our pier service and installation business. Work on the water and boats, work with your hands, see results, work with a new company dedicated on the service of our clients. Dock and Lift Installers perform any combination of the essential duties and responsibilities of marina construction and dock and lift installations while on project site. Dependability for work schedule is crucial. Major Duties ResponsibilitiesPerforms installation removal of docks in the water by barge at the job site per specifications and per direction of supervisor; Operates equipment and machinery in a knowledgeable, safe, and effective manner;Follows and applies safety rules and techniques; Reports any problems with construction duties to supervisor;U ses hardware, such as bolts, washers, rods, lumber, and uses necessary hand tools Install and fastens all required hardware and materials onto dock using appropriate provided tools, ensuring docks are assembled correctly; and Performs other duties as assigned

Schedule Requirements and Physical Demands:

Able to work an average of 40 50 hours per week.

Able to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends, nights, days, and holidays.

Able to walk and stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours at a time. Able to walk on tile, carpet, and up and down stairs.

Able to safely, responsibly and competently operate all vehicles and equipment related to Production.
