Residential Construction Laborer

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our modular home construction team at Wisconsin Homes, Inc. Construction Laborers assist in the building and assembly of modular homes in a fast-paced production environment. This position involves working with hand and power tools, following construction plans, and supporting multiple areas of the building process including framing, flooring, roofing, drywall, finishing, and material handling. Responsibilities Assist in the construction and assembly of modular homes Measure, cut, and install building materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company standards Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Construction or manufacturing experience preferred but not required Ability to read a tape measure and use basic tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work physically throughout the shift Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Must be punctual and dependable Work Schedule Monday through Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays To apply, please submit your application or contact our hiring team for more information.
