In this energetic role, you will engage in a variety of hands-on tasks, from concrete pouring to framing, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, this position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Assist in the construction and installation of structures using hand tools and power tools, including concrete mixers and cutting equipment Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and cutting to create durable foundations and structures Install rebar and construct formwork according to specifications for reinforced concrete elements Operate heavy machinery such as concrete pumps and mixers while adhering to safety protocols Execute restoration, renovation, stucco application, plastering, caulking, and flooring installation tasks with precision Follow all construction workplace safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical specifications accurately Experience with concrete forming, pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation techniques Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and safety protocol adherence Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate equipment such as concrete mixers and pumps safely Excellent understanding of construction plans for various projects including restoration and renovation work Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship helps shape communities!
