We are looking for a carpenter with hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience to join our field team. This is not an entry-level position. We are happy to train someone on how Paloma does things, but candidates should already be comfortable with basic carpentry skills, tools, measurements, and working safely and productively on an active jobsite. What we're looking for: At least 1-2 years of hands-on carpentry, remodeling, or residential construction experience Able to accurately read and use a tape measure Comfortable using common hand and power tools Basic knowledge of framing, trim, doors, drywall, demolition, and general remodeling Understands basic jobsite safety Able to follow directions and apply feedback Takes initiative and stays productive without constant supervision Helps keep jobsites clean and organized throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a small team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What you'll be doing: Our projects vary, so your work won't be the same every day. You may assist with demolition, framing, drywall, doors and trim, flooring, cabinetry, finish carpentry, punch-list work, and other aspects of residential remodeling. We're looking for someone who already has a solid foundation of field experience and wants to continue developing their remodeling skills with our team.
