Duties Interpret and follow construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution / Assist in site preparation activities, including erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure safety Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while adhering to OSHA safety standards Operate power tools and equipment for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembly, ensuring proper maintenance and repair when needed Implement erosion control strategies and maintain construction workplace safety regulations throughout all phases of work Climb ladders, scaffolding, or structures safely to access work areas at various heights Support equipment repair and troubleshooting efforts to maintain operational efficiency on-site Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and interpreting technical drawings accurately Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools, machinery, and equipment repair Knowledge of industrial construction processes and safety regulations including OSHA standards Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting with proper technique to prevent injury Familiarity with respiratory protection gear and other personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Experience with climbing structures or scaffolding safely at heights Excellent understanding of workplace safety practices, including implementing safety regulations and emergency procedures This role is perfect for individuals passionate about construction who want to build a solid career foundation while contributing to impactful projects. Pay:
