General Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role focuses on equipment and material handling, yard organization, and assisting with installations. You will work closely with job site personnel to keep projects moving smoothly, learn on the job, and develop practical trades skills through structured training. Safety and teamwork are core priorities. Duties Load trailers with equipment and secure for transport Pick up and unload materials at job sites and yard Keep yard and work areas organized, neat, and safe Perform light assembly work indoors as needed Stock bucket truck with required materials and tool Provide general support tasks across field operations Qualifications Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely in diverse field environments. Ability to crouch, bend, twist and lift up to 50lbs. Follow all workplace safety rules, including OSHA-aligned practices and PPE usage Mechanical knowledge combined with field service experience a plus Reliability and strong attendance history Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for on-site assignments.
