Painter

Position Summary:

Twin Pillars Construction is seeking a skilled and dependable Painter to join our growing construction team. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality finishes across our projects, ensuring that every space reflects the craftsmanship and standards our company is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, caulking, taping, and priming Apply paints, stains, sealers, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Execute finishes according to project specifications, drawings, and timelines Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to maintain workflow and deadlines Protect surrounding surfaces, fixtures, and materials during all phases of work Complete punch list items and perform touch-ups to meet final quality expectations Follow all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines Assist with general jobsite organization, material staging, and cleanup

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in commercial or residential construction painting Strong understanding of construction jobsite practices and expectations Experience with spray application equipment preferred Wallpaper install experience is preferred Ability to read and interpret basic construction plans or scopes is a plus High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions Exposure to dust, noise, and fumes Travel between job sites

Pay:

$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
