We specialize in commercial, residential, and site development projects —from ground-up construction and tenant improvements to specialized builds such as fuel stations, car washes, retail stores, and custom facilities . Our team prides itself on craftsmanship, safety, and a customer-first approach. We are expanding our field operations and seeking dedicated Experienced General Laborers to join our growing crew. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in hard work, teamwork, and learning the construction trade within a respected and fast-paced company. Qualifications Minimum of two years experience as a general laborer- ability to operate hand/power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions. Free from use of illegal substances. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude. Basic understanding of tools, materials, and construction safety. Willingness to travel to job sites across Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Key Responsibilities Assist carpenters, concrete finishers, operators, and foremen with daily tasks. Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain clean and organized job sites in compliance with safety standards. Operate hand and power tools as directed. Prepare sites by digging, grading, and backfilling as required. Help with demolition, debris removal, and basic construction assembly. Follow OSHA and T&K Builders' Safety Program at all times. Support equipment maintenance, deliveries, and logistics as needed. Report directly to the site supervisor or project foreman.
