$22.00+ per hour (Based on Experience) Seasonal | Monday-Friday Wally's Landscape Co. is looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Landscape Construction & Hardscape Crew. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and seeing the results of your work at the end of each day, this is the job for you. Our crews build beautiful outdoor living spaces including patios, retaining walls, walkways, fire pits, landscape plantings, grading, and more. Every project is different, making this a rewarding career for people who enjoy hands-on work. What You'll Do Install paver patios, walkways, and driveways. Build retaining walls, steps, and outdoor living features. Assist with grading, excavation, and site preparation. Install plants, mulch, decorative stone, and sod. Operate and maintain landscape equipment and power tools. Load and unload materials. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with crew members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. Schedule Monday-Friday Daytime hours Seasonal position Weather dependent Occasional Saturdays may be required when weather delays impact project schedules. Qualifications Hardscape or landscape construction experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Experience with pavers, retaining walls, skid steers, mini excavators, or compact equipment is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly. Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license. MVR check to determine eligibility for operating company vehicles
