Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
