Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards on the job site. Duties Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials. Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors. Follow instructions from construction managers and foremen to complete tasks effectively. Help with the installation of structures, including framing, drywall, and roofing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive work is preferred but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
