Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Operator to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and experience with heavy equipment operation. Duties Operate heavy machinery including skid steer, excavators, bulldozers, etc. Perform digging and excavation work as required for various projects. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite. Requirements Proven experience in operating heavy machinery Able to read a tape measure and basic knowledge of "grade" and "elevations" Commercial driving experience is preferred; a valid driver's license is required. Ability to dig and perform physical labor as needed for project requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
