Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of residential and renovation tasks. Your hands-on expertise and adherence to safety standards will ensure high-quality workmanship and a safe working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while making a tangible impact on construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including layout and material organization Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery such as concrete mixers and pumps safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute construction plans accurately Install drywall, flooring, tile, stucco, and other building materials following specifications Conduct heavy lifting tasks and assist with masonry, roofing, framing, carpentry, plastering, caulking, and trim work Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries Support demolition, restoration projects, and renovation work as needed Ensure all work complies with project plans and construction specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work area Experience Proven experience working on diverse construction projects Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and blueprint reading skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise execution of tasks Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and best practices for safe operation of hand tools and power tools Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of construction work Join us in building quality structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Pay:
