Job Overview Join our dynamic team as an Equipment Operator/Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in executing a variety of projects with precision and enthusiasm. We are seeking motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, prioritize safety, and are eager to develop their skills in equipment operations. Responsibilities Operate a range of machinery including loaders, excavators, dozers, dump trucks, and tankers to perform various tasks as assigned. Drive commercial trucks for transporting materials and equipment safely across job sites while following all safety regulations. Follow all equipment safety procedures and safety regulations diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Requirements Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as loaders, excavators, dozers, dump trucks, skidsteers, or similar machinery. Valid commercial driver's license with experience in commercial truck driving preferred. Experience with site work including excavation, and grading, is highly desirable. Construction experience demonstrating knowledge of heavy equipment operation such as backhoes, graders, or skidsteers is advantageous.
