Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Execute a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as necessary. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade. Valid driver's license may be required depending on job site location.
