Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks to support construction, maintenance, and operational projects. This position involves assisting skilled tradespeople, handling materials, operating tools and equipment, and ensuring job sites are kept safe and organized.

Responsibilities:

Assist with construction, repair, and maintenance tasks as directed. Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment. Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. Perform site preparation and cleanup, including debris removal and grounds maintenance. Support equipment inspections, routine upkeep, and minor repairs. Follow all company safety guidelines and OSHA standards. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks on schedule. Perform additional duties as assigned to support project needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor is a plus (willing to train the right candidate). Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills. Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
