Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our construction team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction projects by performing physically demanding tasks, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, and flooring ect. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks like cutting, drilling, and assembling structures Aid in concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, and cutting concrete according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans Install rebar, formwork, metal studs, and other structural components following safety guidelines Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for site development and restoration projects Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Knowledge of heavy equipment operation, concrete pumping, or welding is a plus Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Strong understanding of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Competence in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment safely Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy machinery is desirable Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your skills in a fast-paced environment!
