Job Overview We are seeking motivated and dependable General Construction/Contracting Laborers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a vital part in a variety of construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of building, remodeling, and hardscaping tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades, work outdoors in diverse environments, and be part of a collaborative team dedicated to quality craftsmanship. All positions are paid, and no prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for construction! Duties Assist with building construction, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work such as painting and caulking Support hardscaping projects like paving, masonry, and landscape installation Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and material fabrication Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate project execution Install windows, doors, cabinets, glass panels, and other building materials according to plans Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, roofing tasks, and drywall installation as needed Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy equipment or on elevated surfaces Experience Previous construction site experience or familiarity with building material installation is preferred but not required Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings is a plus Experience with heavy equipment operation or specialized trades such as plumbing or electrical work is advantageous Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and adapt to different project requirements Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites to maintain a secure work environment Join us if you're eager to grow your construction skills across multiple disciplines!
